Peace of mind starts here.
Whether you're experiencing symptoms, planning upcoming travel, or gathering with loved ones, peace of mind is just a COVID test away.

We offer two COVID-19 testing options: Rapid Antigen Tests and PCR Tests. Both testing options require a clinic visit and are available to patients - adults and kids - with or without symptoms.

How much does a COVID-19 Testing visit cost?
A COVID-19 Testing visit will cost the price of the clinic visit, test, and possible lab fees.

If you have insurance, your co-pay, co-insurance, and/or deductible is based on your individual insurance plan. Contact your insurance company for specifics and questions about your coverage. If your clinic visit and test are not covered by your insurance, you'll be responsible for paying the full cost, including the clinic visit and test, at checkout.

*Please note, ZoomCare does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or the Oregon Health Plan. We are unable to provide care if you are covered under any of these plans.
No insurance? No problem!
If uninsured, a COVID-19 Testing visit will cost between $375-$415. This includes the base cost of $250 for the clinic visit, plus the cost of the test itself. A Rapid Antigen Test costs $125. A PCR Single-Component Test costs $125 and a PCR Multi-Panel Test costs $165.
Please Note:
Some tests are not available from the ZoomCare lab in every state. We partner with LabCorp for any tests not processed at the ZoomCare lab, and prices for these tests will vary. Patients will receive a separate bill from LabCorp for any tests processed by LabCorp.
